We had the opportunity to speak with Manny Maestas, South Central Regional Manager located in Texas. We sat down with Toni Burton, National Accounts, Accounts Manager located in Kansas. Since starting at DH Pace, Toni is most amazed by the growth of the National Accounts Group. She was one of 30 employees when beginning her position, and now the department has grown to over 230 employees.

She mentioned that Respect is one of her strong-suited core values she gets from her parents. “In order to get respect, you have to give respect,” says Toni. “Respect within the workplace goes not only far with your customers, but your internal customers and peers as well.”
