PROBLEM
A city had a large salt dome that they needed to keep water out of and away from the salt. They had contacted other providers but couldn’t find a way to stop the water.
SOLUTION
DH Pace assessed the facility and offered a solution. A custom-fabricated vinyl sliding door installed at the opening allows the city maintenance staff easy access to the salt during snow events for faster filling of trucks and better service to the residents. When the dome is not in use, the doors are slid shut to prevent water and other precipitation from damaging the salt.
