PROBLEM
A customer had a large rolling steel door at the top of their ramp where they receive package deliveries. The rolling steel door was slow, and they were opening and closing it frequently. This was causing electricity usage spikes due to controlled air leaving the building, in addition to recurrent maintenance required.
SOLUTION
DH Pace installed a high performance door with exterior mounting. They now have a fast and reliable door, reducing delays in their receiving process. Temperature regulation will also be improved because of the frequent use, and the existing rolling steel door will remain on the inside to maintain the security advantage when closed.
