PROBLEM
A financial institution consistently had problems with their entrance to the parking garage. The door, which offered low headroom, would not close at times, requiring someone to manually reset it. It also represented a security concern when it remained open until it was manually reset.
SOLUTION
DH Pace recommended a high performance door suitable for the parking garage that also accommodated the low headroom requirement. In order to address the overhead space issue and maintain aesthetics, the team modified the door height and built a façade on the door’s exterior with additional slats.
