Tech did not waste any time getting to work. Got work done quickly and correct. Tech was also helpful in answering some questions that I had.

The tech kept in touch leaving voice mails. My phone had no signal because of my location at the time. But the tech left voice mails with updates on what he is found and actions taken to repair. Great Job

Really impressed with DH Pace. I spoke with Clint and he came out to look over the work to be done, gave basic analysis of what could be done to the commercial doors, and a rough estimate. I called back the next week to schedule. Technician came out, we went over everything. He immediately got to work, did a great job of serving closers for a better seal and shutting, fixed lower sweeps to cover the bottom gap, added interior seals to cover the air leaks around the sides of the doors in the frames, and fixed the incorrect install of screws in the framing of the door window. Wrote up my service ticket, call in my card to Kevin McCaslin, who sent my transmittal slip by email. Fantastic.
