I am the new Assistant Chief Engineer for this property, and I had the Facilities Manager asking what was the status of the roll down gate. It's a big security issue with them, I responded that DH Pace was scheduled for troubleshooting and repairs that evening. The next morning I had DHP service ticket on my desk, and when the FM emailed me wanting to know what was done, I was able to reply to him immediately what was repaired. Caleb and the gentlemen that was with him were both professional and knowledgeable on the project. This project needed some extra attention to detail due to tight spacing of the mullion and panic devices due to door constraints, Caleb went over this with us before any work was performed to make sure we would be happy with the end result. Overall we have been very pleased with all the work that DH Pace has completed for us the last couple of years. Alan has worked with us on multiple projects and quotes. His attention to detail when quoting the jobs has been accurate. He has also worked closely with our purchasing department to meet our strict County guidelines and has put in extra hours to do this.
